The total payment includes the features detailed, but does not include airfare to and from Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris, France, alcoholic beverages, insurance costs - including health, accident, personal trip-cancellation and baggage (these insurance coverages are required for participation, but are to be chosen and arranged for by each individual participant); transportation of excess baggage; silk dyes and paintbrushes, and all items not specifically mentioned as included.

Reservation and payment for the trip:

Over past years, the value of the dollar has dramatically decreased against the euro, the currency in which Teena Hughes must pay most expenses.

Reservations are accepted in order of receipt if accompanied by a completed reservation form and a deposit.

Please make payments as follows:

Payment 1 - Deposit - by March 01 ... 580 euro
Payment 2 - by April 01 ... 580 euro
Payment 3 - Final - by May 01 ... 580 euro

Total Investment: 1740 euros

Exchange Rate Fluctuation

In order to keep the rates as low as possible, no allowances are built in to cover conversion rate increases. Since currencies fluctuate constantly around the world, it may be necessary, before departure, to adjust the cost of the tour if significant increases occur. Though such adjustments have not been made in the past, if adjustments are necessary, you will be notified by May 15, 2008.

Silk Adventure Kit

Can be purchased when we visit silk supply shops in Paris, or you can bring items with you:

- 4 colours of silk DYE (not paints)
- at least 4 paintbrushes - one fine for detail work.

Silk, frames, thumbtacks will be provided.

If you reserve but must cancel:

Should you find it necessary to cancel at any time, you should notify Teena Hughes in writing as soon as you know.

Refunds, less a cancellation fee of 450 euro per person, will be made if Teena is notified in writing on or before April 15, 2008. There are no refunds for all or any unused portions of the program after April 15, 2008.
