Gay Bars and Clubs in ParisRecherche des bars et clubs gais à Paris ?When I first lived in Paris I knew nothing of gay bars and clubs in Paris. My friend Claude used to take me to a simply marvellous relatively hidden bar called Le Piano Zinc [very famous in the 80s and 90s]. I'll never forget my first time there - it was like stepping onto the stage of La Cage aux Folles, brilliant colours, feather boas at the front door for all and sundry, and many customers sang to the small group of customers which made it so much fun. My memories of Le Piano Zinc are so vivid and I'm so pleased Claude took me along to meet his friends. We had great nights of laughter [and yes the odd cocktail or two] in this bar. I'm sorry he's not with us today to enjoy the wonderful Gay restaurants, shops and areas of Paris which I know he'd simply adore. This page is dedicated to you Claude! Bisous!
