Life's a Beach in Paris!

Now to August 21

Did you ever think you'd see a BEACH in Paris? Well the city of Paris puts onParis Plage (plage = beach) as a month of celebrations of summertime.

You'll see people in deckchairs, on towels, with beach umbrellas on the banks of the Seine - and it'll be a festive time for all. Go along and join in!

What else will you be able to do? There'll be plenty of sports including stationary bikes (that's right - bikes that stand still only), table tennis, tons of music, fencing and a whole host of other fabulous things to do along the River Seine at the quais and at Pont Neuf. Get involved, have some fun, talk to strangers :-)
